The Well Church NJ is a Body of believers that have embraced Christ's mission to 'end thirst one home at a time' through community building and disciple-making. Our gatherings are are focused on sincere worship, learning the Word of God and building each other's faith, trust and reliance on the Lord Jesus. We encourage an intentional and genuine connection amongst our Well families as we seek to do life together in community and accountability. We are building a decentralized movement and allowing the Holy Spirit to express Himself in locations and different gatherings. Our home base is Piscataway NJ at 801 S. Washington Ave Piscataway NJ 08823 but we also gather in other areas of New Jersey and beyond. --Pastor Selwyn Arnold Jr.

Our Leaders

Selwyn Arnold Jr. is a vibrant voice in ministry and music, known for his unique ability to inspire people into deeper worship and a closer walk with God. Called to the ministry at just 17, Selwyn has since traveled an incredible journey, blending the power of music and the spoken word to share a profound, all-encompassing encounter with God.  He  has been blessed to travel and minister in various countries in Africa, Europe, South America and throughout the US.

Ordained at 21, with a B.S. in Sociology and a minor in Psychology, along with an M.B.A. from Rutgers University and the University of Phoenix, Selwyn blends his passion with a deep understanding of people and organizational leadership.

Alongside him in life and ministry is Michelle Arnold, his wife and co-leader. Michelle is an ordained minister and accomplished music artist with a heart for empowering others.
Michelle Arnold is the founder of Made to Fly, a company dedicated to empowering the dreamer, equipping business starters and developing leaders. Michelle is a certified speaker, trainer and coach with the John Maxwell Team.

Selwyn and Michelle founded and serve as the Lead Pastors ofThe Well Church NJ in Piscataway, New Jersey.  They also  manage a media company, Seljoy Productions and are recording artists,  producers and musicians.

They have been married since 2008 and currently reside in New Jersey.
