Selwyn Arnold Jr. is the Lead Pastor of The Well Church NJ, a passionate minister, gifted musician, professor, and music producer dedicated to inspiring people in their walk with God. Called to ministry and ordained at a young age, he has served in various roles including preaching, evangelism, and worship leadership. Known for his ability to blend music and the Word, Pastor Selwyn offers a powerful and holistic ministry experience that draws people into deeper worship and transformation.
Selwyn has since traveled an incredible journey, blending the power of music and the spoken word to share a profound, all-encompassing encounter with God. He has been blessed to travel and minister in various countries in Africa, Europe, South America and throughout the US. He is also the founder of Seljoy Productions, a Christian production company focused on resourcing ministries through music, media, and worship development.
Alongside is his wife, Michelle Arnold, who shares in ministry have been married since 2008 and currently reside in New Jersey.

Michelle is a passionate worship leader and speaker. She serves as the Executive Pastor of The Well Church. NJ, where she and her husband serve as Lead Pastors.
She is an Ordained Minister, Music Artist, Songwriter and Co-Owner of Seljoy LLC, a Christian Production and Entertainment Company, which she manages with her husband Selwyn. Michelle Arnold is the founder of Made to Fly, a company dedicated to empowering the dreamer, equipping business starters and developing leaders. Michelle is a certified speaker, trainer and coach with the John Maxwell Team.
