DUNK Meeting Jan 2025

Here is our first meeting of 2025 discussing 2024 Highlights and looking to 2025 expansion.

Action Items/Key Takeaways: 

-Complete the survey: All team members to submit the survey. (Still missing responses) 

Improved Communication:  Timely responsiveness to messages and emails is critical. Regular use of the Well app to streamline communication. 

-Financial Commitment: Team members/families to prayerfully consider a monthly contribution amount to support ministry goals.  

-Personal Discipleship: Commitment to regular Bible study is essential for personal growth and effective discipleship. Couples/Families were encouraged to study together for mutual growth and accountability. 

-Bible study:  Prioritize attendance for being discipled on Wednesdays. If alternate day is needed due to schedule, let Pastor Selwyn know so other arrangements are made. 

-Prepare for Soak Sundays/First Sunday Service:  Invite friends and relatives to attend. 

Out-of-town members to specially join in these services. 

-Volunteer for 2025 events: Consider leading or co-leading initiatives listed in the agenda. 

-Men’s Fellowship:  Hassan to organize a men’s fellowship trip.

-Personality assessments: Pastor Sel to distribute to the team in Q1.  

-Board meeting: Church board to finalize 2025 event plans. 

-Meeting with each family on the discipleship team: Michelle to set up family meetings in the month of January. 

-Board to explore additional service times for alternate Sundays. I.e. 1PM Service
