Repair

It’s possible for me to be having a great experience with God all by myself away from the people of God, away from the onlookers, the awkwardness, the questions, the opinions—I can be having the time of my life with Him. I can be Healed but not repaired; Forgiven but not repaired; Renewed but not repaired; Anointed but not repaired. Healing happens to a person; repair happens to a people. Healing happens in isolation, repair is experienced with others. Healing can happen in a moment; Repair can be experienced for a lifetime.

I’m not just standing in the need of Healing; I’m standing in need of Repair.
